I am board certified and offer diagnostic assessments and treatment with psychotherapy, medication-assisted psychotherapy, and medication management. I completed training at Duke University Medical Center but continue to engage in ongoing studies that deepen my capacity as a provider. I understand that everyone has different needs and I use my facility in multiple modalities to engage in a treatment that is most effective for you. I am especially interested in the experiences of first and second generation Americans, race, intergenerational trauma, and integration of non-ordinary states of consciousness.
It is an honor to help people find a path back to themselves and experience the transformation of suffering into wholeness. I have experienced our innate capacity to uncover peace, authenticity, and belonging through compassionate and curious exploration of our bodily experiences, personal histories, and the heart's longing.
I welcome you to reach out to me. I offer a free 20-minute consultation to meet with me and ask any questions you may have. If you decide you would like to, we can then schedule an initial assessment. I wish you all the best in your healing and personal growth.
