I provide an integrative approach to treatment with psychotherapy, lifestyle skill building and medication management. I am working these days with outpatient clients interested in exploring personal and relationship issues using psychodynamic therapy, CBT, EMDR, and a trauma-informed and family of origin approach. I also offer Mind-Body skill building with vagus nerve activation and breath practices to ease anxiety, depression and insomnia. Strengthening self-care habits with support and guidance improves confidence and wellbeing.
I have enjoyed my work as a psychiatrist for the past 30 years since 1994 after graduation from Stanford University, Case Western Reserve Medical School and the University of New Mexico Psychiatry Residency. My experiences inpatient, outpatient and in administration were in New Mexico and Arizona. I have a part-time solo private practice in Santa Fe, NM.
Please feel free to schedule a free 30- minute consultation to see if there is a fit to meet your needs. I have openings at present for both in-person and telehealth for NM residents. I look forward to meeting you and exploring together.
