I specialize in anxiety, mood disorders, and ADHD, and work from a neurodivergent affirming angle. I often work with high functioning ADHD population who need to improve their strategy and organizational skills at work or school. I also specialize working with people who are immigrants and first generation, including issues with identity, acculturation, as well as anxiety/depression and other mental health concerns. I also often work with students, teachers, and healthcare professionals.

I offer psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, and group psychotherapy. I use a combination of expressive arts, skill based therapy, and nature "walk and talk" therapy outdoors. In addition to psychiatric and psychotherapy offerings, I also offer consultation to therapists and career coaching to broader population.

This is a virtual coaching group for high functioning ADHD and Neurodivergent Professionals who wants to improve their emotional and professional well being. The group blends executive functioning strategies with coaching around stress and the internal pressure many high achievers carry. Topics addressed include burnout prevention, sensory regulation, identifying internal goals, dating and family challenges. It is especially supportive for bicultural and immigrant-background professionals navigating family expectations, stigma, or cultures where ADHD/neurodivergence is often minimized or misunderstood. Members gain a structured space to stay accountable and build sustainable routines while feeling understood, supported, and connected.
