Depression and anxiety are common issues I treat, but I also have experience with pediatrics, psychotic disorders, trauma-based disorders, neurodivergence, and addiction medicine. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings and would love to assist with your mental health journey, regardless of how complex your concerns are.

Care is provided via telehealth, and there is some flexibility in scheduling. Established patients can expect responses within 24 hours, and I can often accommodate urgent needs within the same day. Solution Focused Brief (SFBT)

My main focus is medication management, but brief therapy, education, and lifestyle interventions are integrated into each session. Therapeutic methods are based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and are not meant to replace regular therapy sessions. I may suggest specific types of therapy based on individual need if warranted, typically EMDR, TF-CBT, CBT, and DBT.
