Welcome! I am a nationally board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 7 years of experience treating mental health, and over 20 years of nursing experience in emergency and cardiac care. I received my Masters at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh and my Post-Masters in Psychiatry at Regis College near Boston. I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for clients looking for a practical, holistic approach that encompasses mind, body, and spirit and is tailored to each individual's unique needs and life experiences.
During our first session of the psychiatric evaluation, we will discuss your concerns, goals, psychiatric history, medical history, background information, diagnosis and treatment plan which may include therapy and/or medication. The psychiatric evaluation typically takes 1 hour.
I strive for an accurate diagnosis to ensure the most appropriate treatment for each individual's mental health needs. I am known for building a trusting relationship in a nonjudgmental space, where you can feel safe to share openly.
