My ideal client is an adult who is struggling with adult ADHD & depression. You may feel overwhelmed and struggle to complete tasks and you may experience a lack of motivation and energy that makes it challenging to engage in these tasks or daily activities. You might find it difficult to get out of bed or take care of basic tasks due to depressive symptoms.
I can help you develop strategies to organize your time better & stay on track, and offer guidance on building healthy habits and coping with your symptoms. Through assessments and diagnostic screenings, I can provide the right treatment plan and also discuss medication options if needed.
It is essential to understand the client correctly to build empathy and fully understand their point of view and emotions. By doing so, i am able to provide personalized treatment that is tailored to their specific needs. Please reach out to me for help. If you need support in this area, please don't hesitate to contact me.
