I am a board-certified psychiatrist and psychotherapist. I was trained in psychiatry at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and completed additional training in psychoanalysis at the Chicago Psychoanalytic Institute. I maintain an intentionally small private practice, which allows me to provide deeply attentive, personalized care to all my patients. As psychiatrist extensively trained in psychotherapy, I offer integrated and comprehensive mental health care. Psychotherapy is always a part of my approach, but when I think it may be helpful, I also prescribe medication.
