The Parent Passage (Postpartum Support Group)
This six-week postpartum support group provides a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for new mothers navigating the emotional and practical challenges of life after childbirth. Together, we will address postpartum anxiety and depression, identity changes, isolation, relationship stress, guilt, overwhelm, sleep disruption, and adjusting to a new role. Participants will learn practical coping skills, strengthen emotional wellness, and connect with others who understand the postpartum experience. This group is supportive and educational and is not a substitute for emergency or individualized psychiatric care. The cost is $400 for the six-week course. There is a Wednesday or Sunday group.
