Welcome! I'm Amanda Mitchell, DNP, PMHNP-BC, owner & Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for Nautilus Mental Health, located in Wilmington, NC. I have a passion for helping individuals who are struggling to cope with change and life transitions, supporting them in their recovery and growth through a combination of psychiatric medications and supportive psychotherapy. I treat a variety of problems including Depression, Anxiety, & OCD. I am a trauma-informed provider, and I also enjoy working with folks who are neurodivergent. At this time, I am only accepting new patients aged 18+. I look forward to meeting & getting to know you!

With a direct yet empathetic approach, I offer evidence-based treatment that addresses the mind, body, and emotions to foster healing, resilience, and long-term growth.
