Hello! I'm a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I also have an extensive background in Maternal Child Health. My practice specializes in maternal mental health and women's mental health. I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments for medication management in combination with brief supportive psychotherapy.
I believe in building partnerships and creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment. While medication can be beneficial in many cases, together we can consider the best approach to treatment including nonpharmacological methods like lifestyle and behavioral changes. You will leave your appointments feeling heard, validated and empowered to move forward.
