As a psychiatric nurse practitioner and therapist, I have helped many individuals over the past two decades on their healing and wellness journey.

Specializations: women's health, social anxiety, perfectionism, pregnancy/postpartum, depression, PTSD, gender identity, anxiety, insomnia, workplace burnout, seasonal affective disorder, life & relationship transitions, chronic illness & autoimmune disorders. High stress jobs including: therapists, executives, lawyers, teachers & nurses, non-stimulant ADHD.

I have general availability from 8am-6pm via telehealth. I offer medication management and therapy, which can be alone or combined. Often my dogs are in session, I do not mind if your animals are too. They are a wonderful support during your treatments. If we work together you can expect me to help you identify attainable goals. I can offer medication and therapy. Many people like having one provider offer both services. Therapy is usually weekly to start for best outcomes then reduced in frequency once symptoms are lifted. Medication is usually every 1-3 months depending on your needs.
