I help clients who want to feel happier and make positive changes, but are struggling to find their way. They want to enjoy meaningful relationships and fulfilling careers, but something keeps holding them back. They want to make sense of their emotions and the social world around them, but no explanation is quite satisfying enough. They may sense that there is someone they are or need to be, but they feel they keep coming up short. They seek to experience true contentment, the fullness of gratitude, and the peace of a life well-lived, and are ready to invest in their growth.
I offer Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and TFP (Transference Focused Psychotherapy), which are exploratory talk therapies that help people change. I also offer Medication Management. My holistic approach lets me address symptoms and concerns from many angles according to a person's preference and need.
Sometimes things feel overwhelmingly difficult and nothing feels like it's getting better. Fortunately, our minds are always observing, learning, and growing.
