My approach:
I work hand-in-hand with individuals to formulate comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans. I don't push medications; instead, I discuss medication options, risks and benefits, alternatives to medications, and provide supportive therapy. I recognize that our sessions are a sacred space, in which people often make themself emotionally vulnerable. As such, I always approach my clients with respect and compassion.
My focus-
I enjoy working with individuals with a myriad of psychiatric diagnoses, including anxiety, panic disorder, social disorder, ODC, PTSD, skin picking/ excoriation disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia, and ADHD.
