I am a licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner based in Virginia, seeing clients statewide via telehealth. I have 14 years of experience in psychiatric prescribing; my original background is in progressive care medicine. Over my career, I have worked inpatient, outpatient, in the PHP setting, and in addiction medicine. I have worked in Virginia, Maryland, and Oregon. I work hand-in-hand with individuals to formulate comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans. I don't push medications; instead, I discuss medication options, risks and benefits, alternatives to medications, and provide supportive therapy.
I enjoy working with individuals with a myriad of psychiatric diagnoses, including anxiety, panic disorder, social disorder, ODC, PTSD, skin picking/ excoriation disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia, and ADHD.
