I specialize in caring for people who are "holding it together" on the outside but struggling internally. Our clients are often professionals, care givers, first responders, students navigating through anxiety, depression, ADHD and busy parents who are dealing with PTSD, mood disorders or burnout that is getting in the way of daily life. I will start with a thorough, patient-centered intake, then creating a clear collaborative treatment plan. Care includes thoughtful, evidenced-based medication management, attention to whole-person factors like sleep and stress, and connections to additional supports such as therapy or coaching. Patients also have ongoing access between visits for guidance.
I know how exhausting anxiety or depression can make daily life feel, and you don’t have to face it alone. As a board-certified PMHNP, I’ve spent years supporting teens and adults through these exact moments with compassion and no judgment.
