My practice is geared towards individuals seriously invested in improving and optimizing their mental health. I only offer telemedicine at this time, but my patients appreciate the convenience of having appointments in the comfort of their own home or work space.
Patients can expect a full diagnostic assessment on intake, personalized medication management, and supportive therapies (e.g. CBT, DBT skills, motivational interviewing) built into their continued care appointments. Lifestyle coaching and nutritional recommendations are also something we can explore if interested.
