Hi! I am a board-certified psychiatrist who has been in practice since 2012, and before that I practiced internal medicine. I bring the dual training and years of experience treating the breadth and depth of psychiatry. I treat individuals throughout California ages 10 and up, all diagnoses, on-line and in person.
I am based in the San Francisco Bay area, with lovely offices in Walnut Creek and Menlo Park for in-person sessions. I continue to see clients in the state of Georgia as well, and do have appointments there in-person when needed.
I look at the whole person, and use medication judiciously and appropriately.
I manage all forms of anxiety (including OCD) and depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and disorders with medical and psychiatric complexity (e.g. TBI, irritable bowel, eating disorders). I can clarify what may have been a confusing clinical picture.
I'm gender-diverse and provide affirming care, and understand what it is to be "under the rainbow."
I'm super down-to-earth, friendly, funny (imho), empathic, collaborative, and overall deeply caring, taking the time to listen to you un-rushed. I will meet you where you are.
