Are you tired of being a side character in your own life? Tired of the "run around" and not getting anywhere? Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? Finding my page is NOT an accident! You found a Mind-Body Detective. I specialize in are persons from teens to adults, those that identify as LGBTQIA+, and those that are finding themselves. My training is in psychiatric mental health and naturopathic medicine. With both disciples, I treat the you in mind and body that centers on your personal experience. Together we can win!

As a Naturopathic Doctor and a Psychiatric NP, I use integrative treatments such as medications, nutrition, herbs, hormones, IVs, etc. With both disciples, I combined traditional and integrative medicine to treat everything that makes you, YOU! I am a mind-body detective and find answers that may have been missed by other professionals.

I am a Latin and ballroom dancer since 2016. I love videogames; my favorite games are Legend of Zelda, Mario Kart, Super Mario Bros., Elden Ring, Stardew Valley, etc. I hike to places that have water while taking pictures. I'm a Cubs and Cardinals fan. I drive a stick shift for fun. I have a spouse, 1 son and 1 dog named Oogie.
