I am an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who enjoys working with clients from all walks of life. I treat the breadth of mental health challenges with thoughtful, evidence based medication management and adjunctive psychotherapy. I consider the whole person rather than their cluster of symptoms and provide education and pharmacological interventions that meet clients goals and account for their preferences. I believe in a collaborative approach and welcome input from therapists and other providers on the team.
My primary focus is on thoughtful medication management, and I also offer limited solutions based therapy. I can collaborate with you to provide treatment for a variety of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and other mental health conditions.
I am a queer provider and have a special interest in working with LGBTQIA+ clients. I can offer appointments via telehealth or in-person in NE PDX. My practice is a trauma-informed and judgement free space.
