Hello! I'm opening my own practice, where I'll be able to provide care in a way that is truly neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed. My hope is to provide evidence-based, individualized care for patients with high anxiety, trauma, ADHD, executive function challenges, and nervous system dysregulation.

I primarily treat children, teens, and young adults, of all genders.
Many of my clients come to me after feeling dismissed or misunderstood by past providers. You may be highly sensitive to side effects, or wish someone had taken more time to explain both medication and non-medication options.
You deserve to feel heard, informed, and actively involved in your treatment, and that's the kind of care I strive to provide.
I also have lived experience with late diagnosed ADHD, depression, and anxiety, and I'm familiar with how masking and overlapping symptoms can make it difficult to feel understood.
