I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensed in the State of Arizona. I have over 10 years experience in nursing with the last 7 years being focused in mental health. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I strive to take a holistic and individualized approach to mental health care. My goal is to treat the whole person—mind, body, and brain—while helping my patients build lasting tools for mental resilience. I provide care to individuals ages 6 and older, specializing in ADHD, anxiety, and depression.

I work closely with each client to create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication, supplements, lifestyle changes, and CBT. My style is supportive, collaborative, and education-focused—I believe healing happens when clients feel empowered, informed, and actively involved in their care.
