I want to help my clients find an ultimate and healthy approach to their mental wellbeing. My choice of treatment plan is consistent with my client's commitment. Psychiatric symptoms such as Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, Depression, Bipolar disorder, ext. can be triggered and exacerbated by many things such as: endocrine issues, insufficient self-care, lack of exercise, poor diet and more. Armed with an understanding of holistic approach along with Psychiatric Medicine, I diagnose and create medication management plans for each of my patients and help address other issues by consulting with appropriate professionals.
