I support adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with are highly responsible adults who feel depleted, overwhelmed, or disconnected despite functioning well on the outside. I provide comprehensive ADHD assessments and ongoing psychiatric care. I'm a board-certified Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner and bring over twenty years of clinical experience to your care (Johns Hopkins, MGH, OHSU). I take a holistic, mind–body approach grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and respect for each person's lived experience.

I provide thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric medication management with an approach that is both collaborative and individualized. Your treatment is based on your personal goals, history, and overall health—not just a list of symptoms.
