I support adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with are highly responsible adults who feel depleted, overwhelmed, or disconnected despite functioning well on the outside. I provide comprehensive ADHD assessments and ongoing psychiatric care, including medication management. I have over 20 years of experience as a board-certified Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner (Johns Hopkins, MGH), I take a holistic, mind–body approach grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and respect for each person’s lived experience.

I offer evidence-based therapies, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), along with medication support, to help you process trauma, understand patterns, and build emotional steadiness. Care is collaborative and personalized.
