Hello! I’m glad you’re here.
Mental health challenges can impact every part of life—from work and school to family relationships and even daily function. I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care, working with adults and older adults dealing with anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, OCD, sleep, attentional concerns, and those managing the emotional impact of life transitions.
I also work with children and adolescents, which gives me a broader perspective on how these challenges evolve over time.
I work in private psychiatry which offers longer sessions, highly personalized treatment, and direct access to your provider.
I love to work relationally with you, in a way that lets us authentically understand each other and join together on your journey to mental well-being.
I am also passionate about the LGBTQIA+ community, and I am consistently working to learn more and to better understand the needs of this population. In my practice, everyone is welcome!
