Welcome to Murphy Mental Health. Some of the things I can help with include: attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety and depression. I work together with my patients on improving wellness by listening and providing options rather than just telling someone what to do. I address care in a holistic manner, integrating use of therapy, positive lifestyle changes, traditional psychiatric medications, supplements and genetic testing-as appropriate.
I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP), board certified to work with people of all ages. I bring more than 20 years of experience working in mental health, drawing on both my social work and advanced nursing training to provide thoughtful medication management services.
