I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has worked with a spectrum of patients from adolescence to geriatrics. I have helped individuals with depression and anxiety, all the way to psychosis and self-harm.
Mental illness can be scary and isolating. I am not here to just focus on your symptoms. My purpose is to see you as a whole person. I offer honesty, hope, and humility during every visit. I want to have those tough conversations and then get to those 'I did it!' ones. While working with you, I am also your greatest advocate.
Emotional pain is not something that should be hidden and never spoken about. There is truth in your pain, there is growth in your pain, but only if it's first brought out into the open.
