My approach is both supportive and practical. I help you build insight into these patterns while also developing tools to manage them in your day-to-day life. When appropriate, I offer medication management as part of treatment to help reduce symptoms.
I work with mostly adult clients from a variety of backgrounds. I specialize in medications that can treat symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar I and II disorders, substance abuse disorders, and sleep disorders.
