Inspired by a lack of resources for maternal health, I transitioned from midwifery to psychiatry to support those facing trauma and substance use. I provide holistic care for all ages using therapy and medication, specializing in ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Currently pursuing PMH-C certification, I advocate for neurodivergent and geriatric patients.
Outside the clinic, my life is a "beautiful chaos" with my husband, two kids, two bulldogs, and a senior cat. I love the Colorado outdoors, theater, books, 80s/90s music, and history; I’m even braving new dance classes. Driven by empathy, I’m honored to support my patients' unique journeys as they find their way back to a life of balance and hope.
