I work with adults navigating complex trauma, dissociation, treatment-resistant depression, and chronic nervous system dysregulation. My approach integrates Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, EMDR, Ego State Therapy (parts work), Clinical Hypnosis, and polyvagal-informed somatic and experiential therapies. I'm Aline Bales, DNP, PMHNP-BC. Your brain is my special interest. With specialized training, I treat Complex-PTSD, dissociation, ADHD/Autism + trauma, and dual-diagnoses with an integrative approach. I blend bottom-up regulation with insight, meds if needed, and reprocessing for safety and change.

Sessions are 65 min and can be intense, yet collaborative, and a blend of exploring chaos trends and compassionate guidance, yield space for your parts to find peace.
