About
Hello! I'm glad you're here. I am sure you're wondering if I am the kind of person who would be able to “get” you and accept you. I often work with LGBTQ+ clients and those navigating intersecting identities, such as how their family of origin, sexuality, and culture interact. I also find joy in working with young entrepreneurial women navigating the unique challenges that arise for women in tech, management, military operations and other traditionally male-dominated roles. Finally, I specialize in first responder health, professionals and mental health clinicians needing discrete support.
I’m LGBTQIA+ affirming and often do evaluations for gender dysphoria and masculinizing/feminizing surgery. Everyone goes through periods when they question what makes them who they are and I am here to caringly guide you on your journey to optimal health.
I tend to draw from a biopsychosocial model, also informed through a functional health paradigm. I treat adolescents and adults for psychiatric evaluation and medication management. The evaluation is usually accomplished over 1-3 longer appointments where we make space to discuss your metabolic, physical and social/emotional health.
