I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I provide psychiatric assessment, medication management and talk therapy for adults ages 18-65 years. I am trained in diagnosing and treating individuals presenting with various mental health issues including: depression, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, post-traumatic stress disorders, bipolar disorders and ADD/ADHD.
My philosophy is patient-centered, addressing mind, body, spiritual health and wellness. My approach is conservative. I will work with each individual client to assess the potential pharmacological, therapeutic, and lifestyle interventions to best address your particular challenge.
I have a special interest in integrative psychiatry which offers a holistic approach to mental health and uses both conventional and complementary therapies such as nutrition, exercise and evidence based supplements in the treatment of psychiatric disorders.
