Alicia is especially passionate about helping individuals who are navigating trauma, mood disorders, and complex mental health concerns. Her clinical focus includes anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, depression, and substance use issues. Alicia also works with individuals experiencing psychosis, sleep disturbances, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. She draws on mindfulness-based practices and trauma-informed care, offering a grounded, person-centered approach to mental health treatment.
With both prescriptive expertise and therapeutic skill, Alicia supports clients in making sustainable progress with both emotional regulation and daily functioning. Alicia has deep experience working with diverse populations, including neurodivergent individuals, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and those with developmental disabilities.
