I’m Alicia Allen, a dual-certified Adult-Gerontology and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I understand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate mental health challenges. Whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, or navigating major life transitions, I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where your experiences are heard and validated. I combine therapy and psychiatric care to address both emotional and physiological aspects of mental health.
Together, we’ll explore what’s happening, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop strategies—both behavioral and medical—to help you move forward. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, helping you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make changes that last.
