I am passionate about helping people live life as the version of themselves they aspire to be. It is my firm belief that addressing and treating mental health concerns appropriately is an integral step in helping people to achieve this. My approach utilizes empathy, education, and empowerment. I offer medication management for a variety of conditions including, anxiety disorders, depression, panic attacks, OCD, eating disorders, ADHD, and insomnia. My goal is to help you understand and manage your condition effectively, so you can lead a happier and healthier life. I currently see clients through the Grow Therapy telehealth platform.
