Mental health plays a profound role in overall well-being, a realization that led me to transition from family medicine into psychiatry. Today, I provide compassionate, outpatient psychiatric care for adults ages 18 and older, treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, insomnia, and mood disorders. I have a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola University Chicago, a Master of Arts in Biomedical Science from Midwestern University, and a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Dominican University.
My approach is collaborative, holistic, and rooted in respect. I aim to create a safe, open environment where individuals feel heard and supported. Treatment plans are personalized and may include lifestyle modifications, therapy, and, when appropriate, medication.
