My passion for mental health began early in life, driven by a love for connecting with others and offering support. I earned dual degrees in Molecular Biology/Biotechnology and Research Psychology from the University of Michigan, then worked as an ABA therapist supporting children with autism. I also teach piano and voice to individuals of all ages, using a therapy-based, individualized approach. These experiences have reinforced my belief that treatment is never one-size-fits-all. I use evidence-based methods tailored to each person’s needs and encourage active participation in care.
