I am an adult psychiatric nurse practitioner focusing on medication management and psychotherapy. During appointments with me, patients can expect to receive a dynamic integrative approach with great emphasis on the utilization of up to date scientific data paired with strong empathy toward each patient's unique needs. I prioritize working together with patients to develop effective step by step treatment approaches in order to optimize quality of life. I have advanced experience in the treatment of many psychiatric ailments including: anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, ADHD, panic disorders, and sleep disorders.
I obtained a bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in chemistry from St. John's University before embracing a fast-paced accelerated nursing program. After gaining six years of invaluable psychiatric experience in an inpatient setting, I decided to further my education at Upstate Medical University to become a psychiatric nurse practitioner.
I strive to create a strong therapeutic rapport with each and every patient that I work with. My main priority is to educate all patients on their diagnoses, treatment options, and offer supportive therapy throughout their mental health journey.
