I think mental health care works best when it is collaborative and individualized. We will talk through how things have been going, the goals you’re hoping to achieve, and what feels right for you in terms of treatment. Together, we’ll develop a personalized plan that aligns with your goals and values. If you’re unsure about medication, that’s okay! I like to start with a conversation and then explore potential treatment avenues together.
While I can and do prescribe medication when it’s appropriate, I find it helpful to look at the bigger picture. Sleep, stressors, nutrition, and daily habits often play a major role in how you feel and function. As such, I often incorporate therapy and holistic strategies like nutrition, sleep support, mindfulness, and other lifestyle adjustments
