I am a UCSF-trained, board-certified psychiatrist and therapist with over 15 years of experience working with adults grappling with a range of challenges. I offer a holistic and personalized approach to care, drawing both from conventional psychiatry and integrative and functional medicine. I believe that relationships can be one of the most important vehicles for healing. My style is warm, engaged, and collaborative. My goal is to learn about you as a whole person so that we can work together to address your concerns. My intention is to support you to live a life full of authenticity, resilience, and connection.
I specialize in anxiety disorders including obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma and PTSD; depression; women’s mental health and reproductive psychiatry; neurodiversity (including ADHD), and psychiatric symptoms related to complex medical illness including chronic fatigue, fibroymyalgia, and mast cell activation syndrome.
Finding a good fit with a provider is an important initial step in treatment. I am happy to talk with you by phone to provide you with a better sense of my style and approach and learn more about your goals to see if we would be a good fit to work together. I look forward to hearing from you.
