I am a UCSF-trained, board-certified psychiatrist and therapist with over 15 years experience working with adults across the lifespan grappling with a range of challenges. I offer a holistic and personalized approach to care, drawing both from conventional psychiatry and integrative and functional medicine. I believe that relationships can be one of the most important vehicles for healing. My style is warm, engaged, and collaborative. My goal is to learn about you as a whole person so that we can work together to address your concerns. My intention is to support you to live a life full of authenticity, resilience, and connection.
I specialize in anxiety disorders including obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma and PTSD; depression; geriatrics; women’s mental health and reproductive psychiatry; neurodiversity (including ADHD), and psychiatric symptoms related to complex medical illness including chronic fatigue, fibroymyalgia, mast cell activation syndrome, autoimmunity and Lyme.
