About
I appreciate that a healthy mind is vital for optimal functioning and quality of life. I want to empower you to build something purposeful and I believe this is done with attention to mind, body, environment, and connection. We are fortunate to be in a time where treatments for mental health are rapidly developing – I specialize in ketamine which has psychedelic-like benefit and is available for current use. Not only can it work quicker than traditional medications, but it induces a non-ordinary state of consciousness which promotes flexible though process. I encourage you to ask whether this might be part of your treatment.
I work with a broad range of concerns from mood and anxiety disorders to psychosis, trauma, and addiction. One of my primary passions is educating and treating women’s and reproductive mental health. It rings true to me that we must first show up for ourselves before we can give to others, which to me is so apparent in being a woman in today's culture.
