I use an integration of mind-body awareness, CBT, DBT, ACT, and teach skills to improve one’s control over their attention and mindfulness. I ensure that treatment is up-to-to-date and tailored to your needs. I am a psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Doctorate from Boston College. I began my career in mental health as therapist (LMHC) after receiving my masters from Boston University. I like to integrate my educational experiences in counseling and psychiatry to make people feel heard, understood and safe when it comes to medication and therapy.
I value holding a safe space for individuals who want to explore medication, their thoughts, and feelings to, build confidence and find peace in their lives. I cultivate an experience that is welcoming, therapeutic, informed, and encouraging. My goal is to empower my clients to take charge of their lives and I am honored to participate in their journey.
