I listen to understand your goals by getting to know you, your concerns, strengths, barriers, and what "feeling better" means to you. I do not use a one-size-fits-all approach. I build a plan around your needs, which includes medication management, psychoeducation, and lifestyle strategies. We will review what is improving and adjust as needed.
Our first session will start with a warm welcome and conversation about why you're here. I will then get to know your history to guide safe and effective treatment. I will ask questions to understand your daily life, including strengths and struggles. We will clearly discuss possible diagnoses, create a treatment plan, and allow for questions.
