As an Integrative Psychiatrist, I look at one's diet, gut health, mitochondrial health and energy balance, sleep physiology, hormone cycles, stress / coping strategies, relaxation techniques, exercise routine, and social connectedness, in addition to med management and exploring the benefits of therapy, thereby helping my patients move towards true wellness, and working towards healing root causes of their symptoms.
This is my private practice where I provide telehealth in PA, NY, and NJ. - Please NOTE that I do NOT prescribe controlled substances (Adderall, Xanax, Ambien, etc.) in my private practice. - I am a senior Psychiatrist with 18 years in the field. I completed my Residency in Psychiatry at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, and have a Master's in Physiology.
