As an Integrative Psychiatrist, I look at one's diet, gut health, mitochondrial health and energy balance, sleep physiology, hormone cycles, stress / coping strategies, relaxation techniques, exercise routine, and social connectedness, in addition to med management and exploring the benefits of therapy, thereby helping my patients move towards true wellness. I enjoy teaching and helping people understand how their bodies work, and how the medications work to help them feel better, and working towards healing root causes of their symptoms. I do NOT prescribe controlled substances on telehealth.

I am a senior Psychiatrist with 18 years in the field. I completed my Residency in Psychiatry at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, and have a Master's in Physiology, and this background serves as a strength, as one's medical issues are connected to one's psychiatric issues, and as the body and the mind are in the same space, they naturally affect each other.
