I have experience treating clients of various backgrounds through psychiatry and therapy. I have experience in both high acuity and high risk care, as well as low acuity and low risk, including the "fine-tuning" to achieve a better quality of life for individuals with barriers or challenges preventing them from accessing their best self.

I served our country as an Army psychiatrist in Hawaii and Texas. My interests and hobbies include reading, podcasts, hiking, kayaking, history, socializing with friends, and traveling. I provide skilled but empathetic assessment and care. My patients are 'my people' and I am committed to earning your trust and providing evidence-based personalized care.
