I'm a board-certified psychiatrist with broad roots and a deep believer in the powers of the heart. Currently, I offer IFS-informed therapy, judicious use of medications and green pharmacy, and Integral Coaching. Before psychiatry, I spent years as an acupuncturist, bodyworker, and meditator — embodied, whole-person roots that still ground my work.
I offer affirming, respectful care for LGBTQIA+, transgender, and nonbinary people, and bring personal lived experience to this work. I also welcome anyone who has felt outside the box and wants a practitioner who truly appreciates that.
