I’m a board-certified psychiatrist offering a blend of psychotherapy and medication management to help you achieve your goals. My aim is to deliver evidence-based care that aligns with your values and addresses your concerns. I received my B.S. in Biological Sciences at Stanford University and my M.D. from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth prior to moving to New York City to complete my adult psychiatry residency at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. There, I began a self-esteem group and conducted research on the effect of app use on body image in gay men.
