I am a holistic and root-cause oriented psychiatrist, comfortable working with all ages and stages of life with additional specialty training in child and adolescent psychiatry, nutritional psychiatry, and integrative psychiatry. I trained at various locations including University of California, Riverside and Stanford University and am board certified in general psychiatry. I am a medical director with Whole Mind, a psychiatric clinic in Utah. We provide state-of-the-art treatments such as Spravato and Transcranial magnetic Stimulation (TMS), as well as medication management, therapy, and coaching.
My personal approach to treatment is to first develop a deep understanding of the symptoms you are experiencing, then examine how these symptoms impact your ability to experience health, wellness, and connectedness to others. I bring a wide array of approaches including medications, herbs & supplements, lifestyle changes, and therapy to address your needs.
