My name is Dr Thomas PilIion. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, overwhelming life stressors, or other emotional challenges, I would like to help you to find relief and restore a sense of balance in your life. I trained in general adult psychiatry at the University of North Carolina and received my doctorate in medicine from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
I am licensed in both MD and VA. I see primarily adults either through online video or in my McLean office. However, new patient appointments and DC residents must be seen in my McLean office.
