I am greatly fulfilled by my work with all my patients, but adolescents and people that identify as autistic are populations that I am especially passionate about working with.
Staying regulated in an overstimulating world, connecting with your larger goals and values, and building a toolbox of coping skills are vital to our success as human beings. I assist in the quest for self-awareness and self-actualization through these practices.
